  • Starting a partnership with a Book Aid International
  • Receiving the books from the Consignee/Distribution Partner of BAI
  • Sorting the books
  • Distribution to target beneficiaries
  • Reporting to Book Aid International

Each step in this guideline covers a different stage of the books donation process, from the moment we enter into a Partnership with Book Aid International to the time when we are sorting and ready to distribute the books and finally report back to Book Aid International, as outlined in the below graph:
