The Extractives Baraza Moot Court Competition, 2018


 

Poster3.941967dbMootEast Africa’s first ever extractives moot court competition, organized by the Extractives Baraza and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN) Student Strathmore Chapter, is an event that shall invite local and regional law schools to participate in the competitive rounds of the competition. Participating law schools select students who shall form a team to represent the school. The students submit written memorials on a hypothetical case, which are assessed by a panel of experts. The best in the preliminary rounds proceed to the next stage of the participation.
